Our clients at Streamside Close loved the location of their family home, but had outgrown the house. Delicate negotiations with the planners allowed us to extend their house both horizontally and vertically, creating a whole new floor. The enlarged ground floor provides bright, modern, open plan living that spills out into the garden, while the new second floor accommodates a lavish master suite. All of the new spaces are playfully lit, with windows and skylights carefully positioned to take advantage of the best natural light. The effect is completed with stylish modern fixtures and fittings.
