This project is an extensive remodelling of a detached property in Enfield, North London, including a separate swimming pool and gym building.

The existing house has been doubled in size by extending to the side and rear and into the roof to create a new six bedroom property. The house incorporates solar thermal and photovoltaic panels and a rainwater harvesting system to minimise energy usage.

The property also includes a Control4 home automation system that controls lighting, security, climate control and multi room audio.
