Day 1 of rental on September 21, the bus AC didn't turn on and the driver didn't check it beforehand, the AC didn't turn on for 30 minutes after we complained and checked it turned out there was a cable that was loose, then after that the AC was running normally, there was something unpleasant Another thing is because there are lots of COCKROACHES in the car which should always be checked and cleaned before the car is operated, and there are still them until the last day of rental even though they have been sprayed with baygon. Another thing is that the driver is too arrogant, driving the BUS in an emotional state. , thus making passengers uncomfortable, please check further for the driver that will be used because this endangers passenger safety.
Very dissatisfied,,,, for the driver, okay,, We ordered on 20-08-2022 for a pilgrimage to Cirebon, but before the middle of the road the car filled 3 times with the calbulator water and in kilometers before exiting Cirebon the car engine was TOTAL OFF. Until 15:45 we have not arrived at the place of pilgrimage 🥲🥲🤧🤧. The driver called the company that I heard only gave a solution to fill the air cooler in the rest area🤧huuftt not the right solution! Because the car engine is OFF🤧
